If you took out car finance for a motor vehicle — such as a car, van, campervan or motorbike — after 6 April 2007, your agreement may have included a commission arrangement between the dealer or broker and the finance provider, and be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This applies to both Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) agreements.
If you’d like to know whether a commission arrangement was used on your finance agreement, you can ask us to check this for you by completing this form.
If you want to check multiple agreements, please include information for each vehicle.
If you want to make a commission complaint, please visit motor commission complaints.
